Named in honor of Lubbock Christian University’s founding president, the F.W. Mattox Presidential Scholar Award is the premier undergraduate merit scholarship at Lubbock Christian University. The Presidential Scholar Award is an investment in students who exemplify extraordinary academic potential, leadership promise, and servant spirit. Providing full tuition, fees, room and board for up to four years, the highly competitive program attracts the best and the brightest students in the United States.

Eligibility

The F.W. Mattox Presidential Scholarship is open to freshman applicants meeting one of the following test score requirements:

• Minimum of 30 ACT composite
• Minimum of 1360 SAT Math and Evidence-Based Reading and Writing
• Minimum of 92 CLT (Classical Learning Test)
