Job description

Handle calls, clients coming into the help desk area, placing work orders, handling complaints.
Working on computers - virus removal, software installation, trouble shooting.

Must have background in computers. IST Majors preferred, not required.
Must have great customer service skills.

Graduation from high school or equivalent.

Job requirements

Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
Must be able to bend and lift items off the floor.
Must be able to place a computer in a cabinet.

Salary

7.25 pay will increase with experience
