What size are the apartments?
One, two and four-bedroom units are available. Married students are only permitted to rent a one-bedroom unit.
Are the apartments furnished?
No. Each unfurnished unit has a fully carpeted bedroom and living areas and tiled kitchen and bathroom areas. Kitchens are fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove and disposal.
How do I reserve a campus apartment?
Because of popularity of the apartments, a waiting list is maintained by the Apartment Director. A new list will be started each August.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. Students must submit a $200 security deposit to the Apartment Director to secure a campus apartment. Checks should be made payable to Lubbock Christian University. Part or all of the deposit may be returned depending on the condition of the unit when the resident moves out.
What does the monthly rate include?
The monthly rate includes all utilities, local phone, cable and Internet services. Unless other arrangements are made, charges will be placed on the student's school bill for the duration of the appropriate lease period.
