Emergency Notification System (ENS)

LCUAlert is an emergency notification system to inform LCU students, faculty, and staff of urgent or timely information. Communication may be delivered through phone, email, and text messaging.

***The emergency notification system will be used for emergency communication only.***

Near the beginning of each semester, security will test the Emergency Communication System.

To update your emergency contact information

1. Click here to log-in to Self-Serve
2. Check and update any phone numbers that have changed.

Another way to access the ENS update:

1. LOG on to SELF SERVE through CHAPLINK
2. CLICK on the MY PROFILE TAB
3. CLICK ON PHONE NUMBERS
4. Under phone numbers there should be line that says LCU Alert mobile
5. If the line exists, check the number and correct if necessary
6. If the line does not exist, add it with a mobile number that you would to be reached at in case of a campus emergency.

You will receive email notification of the day and time a test of the ENS will take place. If you do not receive a test alert, please use the contact information in the email to notify security.
