Dr. Patty came to LCU in 1992. With degrees from Harding Graduate School, Union Theological Seminary, and Baylor University, he has teaches courses in areas from Philosophy to Comparative Religions, from Ethics to Theology. He travels frequently to research religious culture, especially in the regions of Turkey and India. As Director of The University Honors Program, Dr. Patty oversees the interdisciplinary program for LCU's most outstanding students.
Continuing research on the theological roots of religious pluralism in the Stone-Campbell movement.
Continuing service as Executive Secretary-Treasurer for the Southwest Commission on Religious Studies.
