Organizational Management and Leadership
The Department of Organizational Management and Leadership offers two degree completion programs on campus and online: Organizational Management and Organizational Leadership.
The Organizational Management program is broad-based in nature, covering up to date subjects in every business market.
The Organizational Leadership degree focuses on leadership skills and their application to the workplace.
Both degrees offer students a means of completing their bachelor's degree while continuing to work full-time. Tested principles of adult learning theory are incorporated to make all classes stimulating, relevant, challenging, and rewarding.
