As part of your total health and wellness, we understand that not everyone enjoys working out on their own. To cater to YOU we are offering Group Fitness!

 

Some of the group fitness classes that will be available are:

  • Group Strength Classes
  • Boot Camp
  • Pilates
  • Group Cycling
  • Piloxing
  • Step
  • Zumba

The Group Fitness rooms are located in the South West corner of the Recreation Center.
