Organizational Management Program Description

The Organizational Management Program is a 36 semester hour degree completion program offering a broad-based curriculum with an emphasis in management. The courses are offered in an online format to meet the needs of working adults as well as traditional students. Program participants will obtain knowledge in literature and learn skills and knowledge applicable in all aspects of life.

Organizational Leadership Program Description

The Organizational Leadership Program is a 36 semester hour degree completion program offering an emphasis in leadership. The courses are offered in an online format to meet the needs of working adults as well as traditional students. Program participants will obtain knowledge in literature and learn skills and knowledge applicable in all aspects of life.

Enrolling in Organizational Management and Organizational Leadership Courses

Students majoring in Organizational Management or Organizational Leadership are permitted to enroll in Organizational Management or Organizational Leadership courses only after reaching junior status (60 hours) and completing ENG 1301 and 1302. Non-majors may in enroll in up to 6 hours of Organizational Management or Organizational Leadership courses, provided they meet the above requirements and have advisor approval. Juniors or seniors from other universities may enroll as temporary students and take up to 6 hours of Organizational Management or Organizational Leadership courses, providing they meet the above requirements and have written advisor approval from their primary institution.
