How many hours will I earn and how long will it take?

Both the Organizational Management and Organizational Leadership programs are year-round accelerated online programs that enables students to earn 36 credit hours in as few as 3 or 6 semesters (or 12 to 24 months). Each three hour course is only 8 weeks long so students can concentrate on one course at a time or take two courses at a time and earn up to 12 credit hours per semester.

What is the attendance policy?

Weekly online participation is required to pass each course.

Will the OM or OL program complete my degree?

Lubbock Christian requires a minimum of 120 hours for a bachelor's degree (36 of which are earned in the OM/OL program). The transferability of a student's 60+ hours will determine how many additional core hours will be needed to graduate.

 An advisor is available to assist students in determining degree needs in order to complete a degree in a timely manner.

Is financial aid available for these programs?
