Welcome to the Department of Business Administration. In keeping with LCU's motto, our goal in the Department of Business is nothing less than "Changing Lives" by providing high-quality instruction, valuable extracurricular and internship experiences, and a better understanding and appreciation of our free enterprise system - all in the name of the one who truly changes lives, Jesus Christ.
The department offers a number of dynamic programs of study in Business- and Technology-related areas, led by faculty composed of caring professionals with a diversity of talents. We believe strongly in the mission of Lubbock Christian University to "impart a system of values for living and for service to family, community and church," and are eager to do our part.
The Department also sponsors a ENACTUS team (formerly SIFE), designed to actively teach and promote the principles of free enterprise. Each year the group competes with other teams from among more than 500 colleges and universities to determine which programs were most effective in furthering the ideals of free enterprise. Over two decades, LCU's SIFE teams have amassed an impressive record of accomplishment in regional and national competitions.
So whether you are a new student just out of high school, or a nontraditional student returning to facilitate your career advancement or to meet other learning goals, our aim is to aid you by providing a worthwhile and meaningful - indeed, life-changing - educational experience.
