The Planning & Assessment Support office regularly surveys students, employees, and alumni regarding satisfaction with university programs and services. Written reports are made available to all administrators, faculty, and staff so that they may utilize such information to improve the programs and services offered at our institution. Survey results are an indicator of the institution’s progress toward accomplishing the university's mission and goals established in the University’s strategic plan.
