Requirements for Admission to the RN/BSN Program

File online at www.lcu.edu the following for the Admissions Department
- Application for admission to LCU
Request an official transcript from each college or university you have attended be sent to the Admissions Department
The following items need to be on record at the Department of Nursing BEFORE your first class day
- Application for admission to Nursing Program (including a brief biography)
- Verification by Nursing Department of current or pending RN license
- Evidence of current CPR
- Evidence of Liability Insurance (may be purchased through Nursing Department)
- Criminal Background Check
After you have submitted your online application for admission to LCU and are ready to register, take the completed Registration Form with advisor’s signature to the Registrar’s Office and turn in your completed Credit Agreement to the Business Office.
