The Department of Natural Sciences includes the biological and agricultural sciences. Both disciplines are continually growing as finer instrumentation shows us more about ourselves and the world around us. The study of plants, animals, the earth God created and the interrelatioships among these provide abundant opportunities and fields to explore. Students who are non-majors may fulfill their core science requirement with courses from the department or, if majoring in education, can choose science as their teaching field. Graduates with majors in one of the Natural Science fields may enter a diversity of careers in the agriculture industry, allied health or go on to graduate school for further training.
Our goal is to give our students tools they need to meet the world regardless of their chosen career path. Additional information on each division is available at the division web site below.
