LTC Robert Buscher
Chairman of the Department of Military Science at both Lubbock Christian University & Texas Tech. He assumed command of the Red Raider Army ROTC Battalion in June 2006. LTC Buscher holds a B.S. in Geography from the United States Military Academy (West Point) and a M.S.A. in Administration from Central Michigan University. He was commissioned as an Infantry officer in 1987 and is now serving as a Military Intelligence officer. He is a Bronze Star recipient and both a Desert Storm and Iraq (Operation Iraqi Feedom) veteran.  He has also served as Foreign Area Officer in the Netherlands.  LTC Buscher is also a graduate of the US Air Force Air War College and the US Army Airborne school.
