The M.S. in Organizational Leadership is intended to meet the needs and schedules of working adults as well as extend the baccalaureate studies of traditional students. The program consists of 36 semester credit hours delivered through multiple platforms. Distinctive features of the M.S. in Organizational Leadership are: breadth in understanding human behavior, development of leadership skills with multiple applications, adaptation of models to diverse organizational settings, maximization of career mobility for holders of the degree, and a course load and degree timeline adjusted to personal circumstances.
