LCU was granted unanimous approval in March of 2007 from the State Board for Educator Certification to implement a Superintendent Certification Program. The program will begin its first cohort and set of classes during the summer of 2007. Below is an overview of the program and a link to an online application and other links related to seeking candidacy into the program.
The LCU Superintendent Certification program will be offered as a cohort series of courses to be completed in a 12 month period beginning in the summer term and ending in the subsequent spring term. The timing of delivery of each course is such that it aligns with the timing of various aspects of the Superintendency. The following matrix reveals the course timing and its corresponding event in the Superintendency.
